Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Align First ("we," "us," or "our"), not Apple Inc. We are solely responsible for the Align First app ("App") and its content. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

The App is available on a subscription basis. Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase in the App.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software in the App is owned by Align First or its licensors. Content you enter into the App remains yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align First shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App.

7. Maintenance and Support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

8. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
